Created to help people access affordable and healthy food, toiletries, and other essentials. Working on a membership basis, subscribers are given access to a shop-like experience. Members pay an annual fee and then will pay for each visit to the food club. This allows them to choose which items they actually need.
|
The Food Club is a more sustainable way of providing affordable essentials to the Community with all money made being invested back into stock and any operational costs. The idea is to ease the burden of the rising cost of living and to improve household finances while providing members with a sense of choice and dignity. Being open to anyone also allows the Food Club to reach those in the community that may not be eligible for other support.
